In order to be able to provide a high quality service, we have set up a few guidelines for our users. These are necessary in order to maintain a safe, functional, and trusted environment for all our customers.
Content
We do not allow any of the following types of content to be stored or published to our servers:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Illegal or pirated material
Email
We do not allow unsolicited email messages, junk e-mail, or spam sent by the users of our system .
Illegal Activities
We do not allow any form of illegal activities on our servers, including but not limited to breaking into remote systems, credit card fraud, theft, vandalism, threats, or violence.
Usage
On our multi-tenant or shared hosting plans we do not allow excessive usage of processor, memory, or disk activity that may result in significantly degrading performance for our other customers.
Reinstatement
In the event that our Acceptable Use Policy is violated by anyone, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel their service without notice. Reinstating such service, if we deem necessary, shall incur a fee determined by the severity of the violation, the amount of time and effort we spend in mitigating or remedying the situation, or any other reasonable factor as we may see fit.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
